PT. Pegadaian (Persero) in collaboration with the LPPI conducted the Management Development Program (MDP) program, which takes place on May 2019. Participants in this program will be provided with special skills as estimators, credit analysts, or other profession with specific expertise, where the graduates of this program are prepared to become leaders of pawnshops in the future. The LPPI as a strategic partner in banking and financial services in Indonesia, helped PT. Pegadaian in relation to the fulfillment of competencies related to Business Consumer Loans (Micro and Consumer Loans), E-Transaction, Fee Based Income, Collections, Loan Originations System (LOS).
