SESPIBANK Graduation Class of 71
The LPPI has graduated 25 participants of School Staff and Bank Leaders or SESPIBANK class 71 at the graduation ceremony held on Friday, September 20, 2019. The graduation ceremony was attended by Governor of Bank Indonesia (BI) Mr. Perry Warjiyo, LPPI Directors, YPPI Chairpersons, LPPI Honorable Faculty and STIE Indonesia Chair Banking School. In his speech, Mr. Perry Warjiyo asks the graduates to continue to improve their knowledge and abilities in facing the era of digitalization, so banking wont lag behind fin-tech and e-commerce companies whose innovations are so fast. Because it is not possible for regulators to obstruct the pace of fin-tech and e-commerce, therefore BI urges and requires banks in Indonesia to react quickly in the competition for the digital economy, a concrete example is being able to meet the needs of the new culture of Indonesian people who depend on mobile phones.

Financial Education Program & Its Implementation in Indonesia PT. Kalbar Bank
The financial business sector is a central sector in economic business activity in a country, therefore the financial business sector has more responsibility to be able to support sustainable economic growth in a country. Sustainable finance is the overall support of financial service institutions to realize sustainable economic growth by harmonizing economic, social and environmental growth. The program aims to get financial service institutions an understanding of sustainable finance in Indonesia, making sustainable financial action plans and implement sustainable finance in accordance with the characteristics, capabilities and risk appetite that can be accepted by financial service institutions. Starting in 2019 until 2025, financial service institutions will gradually apply sustainable financial principles that are expected to contribute positively to sustainable economic growth (Sustainable Development Goals).

Officer Development Program Syariah Mandiri Bank
LPPI as the Center for Leadership and Ethics in collaboration with PT Bank Syariah Mandiri held the Officer Development Program (ODP). After joining this program ODP participants are expected to have knowledge and skills in the operational and managerial fields of banking, so they can carry out their work and responsibilities as a prospective manager of Syariah Mandiri Bank in the future. The program was held on 5 August to 16 August 2019 with 20 participants.
