Operation Manager Course Syariah Mandiri Bank
The role of operational managers in company day-to-day activities is quite important, especially in maintaining the quality of services provided by banks. Therefore Syariah Mandiri Bank entered into an education and training collaboration with the LPPI named "Operation Manager Course". This training was held for 4 days at LPPI and 3 batches have been held since June 2019. The number of participants per batch is around 29 people. After training for 2 days, in order to add insight into digital banking services, a benchmarking trip was carried out to other banks.

Sharing Session Cyber Crime, Threats & Countermeasures
Crimes committed in cyberspace using computers (Cybercrime) are now increasing. Responding to the increase in crime, on August 26, 2019 LPPI held a sharing session with the theme Cyber Crime, New Threats & Countermeasures. This sharing session was hosted by Tom Zahov, an IT & Security Specialist working in Germany. This sharing session helps participants exchange information and experience and develop a good framework for cybercrime mitigation.

Signing Memorandum of Understanding between LPPI and STIMRA LPA
In order to support the development and improvement of Banking and LJKNB HR in Indonesia, LPPI collaborated with STIMRA LPAI (Indonesian Institute of Risk Management and Insurance - Indonesian Institute of Insurance Education). The collaboration has been outlined in a Memorandum of Understanding signed on Thursday, August 22, 2019. Located in the Maipark Ballroom, Gedung Permata Kuningan Jakarta. The event was attended by Mr. Riswinandi, Chief Executive of the Non-Bank Financial Industry Supervisor Concurrently OJK Board of Commissioners and their staff: STIMRA Chair, Mr. Hotbonar Sinaga; LPAI Director, Mr. Mairizal Meirad; Head of Indonesian Insurance Board, Mr Dadang Sukresna; LPPI Director Ms. Suwartini; and Mr. Edy Setiadi, Expert Staff of the LPPI Directors. This collaboration program includes: Providing education, research training and consultation; Development of education and training curriculum; Provision and development of teaching staff competencies and capacities; scientific research and development; and Utilization of education and training facilities.
